Travelodge Gatwick Airport Bar Café Refurbishment
We were asked to manage and carryout the refurbishment of a large restaurant and bar within a busy airport hotel whilst maintaining a trading restaurant with minimal disruption to the guests and staff a like.
Travelodge Refurbishment Programme
We managed and refurbished circa 1000 rooms over a 12 month period including the new and exciting Travelodge Super Rooms across 10 locations Nationwide, completing approx. 20 rooms per week.
Holiday Inn Express Refurbishment Programme
We managed and carried out the refurbishments to various Holiday Inn Express Hotels including London Victoria, Royal Docks, Stratford, Leicester and Canterbury completing approx. 20 rooms per week for the Client.
IQ Student Accommodation Refurbishments
We completed and managed the refurbishment works to various student accommodation blocks during the summer period across London including Hoxton, Shoreditch, London City and Magenta House. Working to tight programmes making sure the Client receives their fresh and exciting rooms on time.
DW Fitness First Refurbishments
We managed and carried out extensive refurbishment works across gyms in London including the amazing Waldorf hotel, Thomas More Square, Brixton and Streatham. Working to a 7 day week, 24 hour programme across challenging locations throughout the City.
